For an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For personalisation questions, include the product name and the text you have in mind. Please do not email payment-card details.
Preparation & delivery
Allow 1–2 working days for preparation and personalisation, followed by delivery time. Royal Mail 48 standard delivery aims for 2–3 working days after dispatch; Royal Mail 24 express delivery aims for the next working day after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occur.
