Free standard UK delivery
Standard UK delivery uses Royal Mail 48 and is free, with no minimum spend. Express UK delivery uses Royal Mail 24 and costs £5.99. Your jewellery is presented in a Sienna & Elina gift box.
When will my order arrive?
- Preparation and personalisation: allow 1–2 working days before dispatch.
- UK delivery: Royal Mail 48 standard delivery aims to arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail 24 express delivery aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery time is additional to preparation time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays can occur. Working days for preparation are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Need a gift for a particular date?
Please contact us before ordering if your gift is time-sensitive. A faster delivery option does not shorten personalisation time unless we agree this with you first.

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout. The UK delivery estimate above does not apply to international orders. Contact us before ordering if you need an international delivery estimate.
