Can I personalise every piece?
Engraving is available on selected designs. A product offers engraving only when personalisation fields are shown. Other pieces arrive without engraving, as explained on their product pages.
How do I order the Always Close Necklace?
Choose your finish, enter your name or initials and choose one of the available fonts. The text field accepts up to 8 characters, including spaces. Check the spelling and capital letters before adding it to your basket. Any optional extras and their prices are shown on the product page.
Is a gift box included?
Our necklaces and bangles come in a Sienna & Elina gift box. A charm add-on ordered with a compatible necklace goes into the same box; a charm-only listing does not include a separate chain or box.
What are the necklaces made from?
Our current jewellery collection uses stainless steel; individual product pages explain the material and finish. Gold, Silver and Rose Gold describe the colour, rather than solid precious metal.
What chain length will I receive?
Check the details on your chosen product page. Chain lengths vary between designs, and product options show any available choice.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. Express UK delivery costs £5.99. Allow 1–2 working days for preparation before dispatch; delivery time is additional. See Shipping & Delivery for service estimates.
Can I change my engraving after ordering?
Email hello@siennaelina.co.uk promptly with your order number and the requested change. We will help where possible. Changes may not be possible once engraving has begun.
Can I return my jewellery?
Return options depend on whether your piece is standard or genuinely personalised. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for cancellation rights, return instructions and help with a faulty or incorrect item.
How should I look after my piece?
